It should therefore draw a positive image of the employer, considering what current employees actually love and create a balance between marketing and reality. Who are you? – Tell us a fun fact about yourself!
I am Mertcan! I work at Blinkist on employer branding, recruitment, and I am the driver for inclusion, diversity, and belonging project at Blinkist. Living in Berlin for 5,5 years, and still ashamed of not being able to speak German.
What are you passionate about?
My biggest passion lies in the inclusion, diversity, & belonging topic. I have also studied this during my academic years, that is why I do find a special connection to this topic in specifically.

Having the recording with Lala (the dog I was taking care of during that time) was quite fun but also challenging. I think people will hear her cry during the recording, or snore.
